Welcome my name is Coach Sheffield. I teach 10th grade Chemistry. I attended Faulkner University where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Education and played baseball for four years. At this high school, I will be the defensive coordinator for our football team and the head baseball coach.

Class Rules
1. It is of your best interest to be on time for class.
2. I expect all students to be ready for class by having pencil/pen and paper ready and available.
3. DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE unless I ask you to use it for an assignment.
4. Turn you work in on time. Each day late will be 10% deducted and after three days I will not accept it.
5. If you wish to be respected, then I expect your respect.

Exams & Quizzes: 50%
Homework: 20%
Daily Work: 20%
Participation: 10%

Lab Rules
1. Wear closed-toe shoes. NO flip-flops or sandals.
2. Wear goggles and lab coats unless told not to.
3. Complete lab reports on time.
4. Always notify me of an accident, but know your lab safety rules incase of an emergency.
5. Never leave your lab station unless I tell you to.
